Forms consist of flexible field types, such as short or long text fields, multiple choice, checkboxes or images, such as body charts, for annotation. Signatures can be added as a compulsory field for clients to complete, and they do this using their fingers (on mobile/tablets) or their mouse (desktop) before they are able to submit the forms.
Forms can be set up to automatically merge with their profiles upon submission.
