How to generate a client summary with AI Assist in Bookem
Bookem’s AI Assist can generate a concise summary of a client’s information directly from their profile. It's useful for quick review, report prep, or overview without reading all notes.
Here's how
Follow these steps:
Go to the Client profile in your booking or from Clients
Next to the client’s name, click the AI sparkle
AI Assist will open
Select an existing client summary prompt or type a new one and run it
AI Assist will generate a client summary
You can interact with AI Assist to adjust tone, length, or focus depending on your needs:
Use the summary as is
Ask AI Assist follow-up questions
Attach additional context to refine the output
Request changes or additional detail
Copy any part of the text to use in documents or notes
