Booking confirmation settings

You can easily control how bookings for your services are confirmed, whether automatically, after payment, or manually. Follow these simple steps to customise the booking process for each service.

Customise online booking confirmations per service

Follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Services

  2. Open the service you want to update

  3. Scroll down to the Online bookings section and make sure online bookings are enabled

Choose how online bookings for this service will be confirmed:

  • Automatically confirm bookings - Bookings are confirmed instantly

  • Confirm bookings after payment - Bookings are confirmed once payment is received

  • Manually review and confirm bookings - Bookings require manual approval

Setting booking preferences for team members

Follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings > General preferences

  2. Scroll down to 'General bookings'

  3. Under Default status for bookings created by team members, select your preferred confirmation method

  • Confirmed - Bookings are confirmed immediately

  • Awaiting payment - Bookings are confirmed once payment is made

  • Pencilled in - Bookings require manual confirmation

This flexibility allows you to tailor the booking process to suit your preferences, ensuring everything runs smoothly for both you and your clients.
