If you're updating multiple line items, save time with bulk changes instead of updating them individually.
This is especially beneficial for businesses with extensive invoice lists, as updating prices one by one can be time-consuming.
Step 1: Export line items as a CSV file
Navigate to the 'Line items' tab
Click on the 'Export' button to download a list of all your line items
When prompted to confirm exporting all line items to a CSV file, click '

Step 2: Bulk edit your line items in a spreadsheet

Step 3: Import the edited CSV back into Bookem
Go back to Settings > Payments & Invoicing > Line items
Click on the three-dotted kebab and select 'Import'
Click 'Upload CSV file' to import your line items
Select 'Overwrite existing line items' to align columns with the existing list and identify updated data
Labels will change to 'Update' for existing data and 'New' for new line item entries in the CSV file
Now, verify all the data to see if it is in the correct columns and if the information has been updated/ added correctly.
Proceed to 'import line items'.
