Bookem keeps all your communication with clients in one place - no need to check your personal email, WhatsApp, or phone. With two-way communication built in, you can send and receive messages (SMS and email) directly through Bookem, and every message is tracked and stored.
You can see exactly:
What was sent or received
When it happened
Which email address or phone number was used
This helps you stay organised, improves transparency, and means you can always pick up the conversation where it left off - without switching between different apps.
You can view messages either from the client’s profile or via the main Messages tab.
To view the full two-way message history with a specific client:
Go to Clients or select a client from your Calendar
Click on the client’s name to open their profile
Go to the Messages tab
You’ll see a full log of all incoming and outgoing messages, with:
- Message content
- Timestamps
- The email address or phone number used
To check messages across all clients:
Click Messages from the main menu
Choose Sent or Received at the top to filter your view
Find or search for the client you're looking for
Click their name to view your full two-way conversation
