How do I edit default messages for invoices?

By default, Bookem pre-populates your invoice messages to clients when one of the following happens:

  • Invoice voided
  • Invoice paid
  • Invoice finalised

There is also an option to add a message for invoices marked as "Uncollectable" - in this message, you may want to explain how the client can make plans to pay off the outstanding amount.
