Automatically sending forms when a booking is confirmed helps streamline your workflow and ensures you have the information you need ahead of time

This is especially useful in clinical settings, where intake forms, assessments or consent forms are often required before the appointment

Steps to set up automatic form sending

  • Create the form you want to send in Forms

  • Go to Settings > Automated messages

  • Click New reminder or edit an existing one

  • Choose the service, location, and team member or resource

  • Under occurrences of bookings, select any booking or first booking

  • Choose the form you want to send

  • In the message box, type # and select the form you want to send from the list

  • Edit the message text to include a short note to the client, then save your changes
