Saving a scanned document, image, voice note or video to Bookem patient notes

You can upload and store images, files, voice notes, videos, and more in Bookem Notes. Bookem supports most common file types, and storage is unlimited and free with Bookem Premium.

This is particularly handy if you:

  • Prefer to hand write notes, and want to scan and save them after your session.

  • Need to video, or photograph a client's movement, and want to store this for later reference.

  • Do voice recordings and need to keep them on file.

  • You have documentation, e.g. a referral letter or copy of a school report, you want kept with your client's information.

Here are the steps in more detail:

  1. Go to the client's appointment on your Calendar.

  2. Click on Notes.

  3. Click on the Create Note button, or click on an existing note to edit.

  4. In the Note window, select the Insert image or Insert file button from the toolbar at the top of the page.

  5. Follow the instructions in the prompt to upload your file

  6. Click on Save.

Your uploaded files will be stored in your patient's notes and can be easily accessed at any time.
