Bookem doesn't send bulk email campaigns itself, but you can export your client list and use it in external tools like Mailchimp or SendGrid. The exported file is in CSV format, which most email platforms accept.
You can export your client list in two ways, depending on whether you want everyone or just clients with past bookings.
Once downloaded, import the CSV into your email platform of choice. The import steps vary by platform, so check that tool's own instructions.
Note: Most email platforms, including Mailchimp, detect and remove duplicate contacts automatically. You don't need to worry about importing the same client twice.
Exporting a CSV works well for a one-off campaign, but it means your list is only ever as current as your last export. If you run frequent or high-volume campaigns, you can skip manual exports entirely by using Bookem webhooks instead.
With a webhook set up, Bookem sends client data to an automation platform like Zapier, Make, n8n, or Pipedream the moment something changes, for example when a client is created, updated, deleted, or restored. That platform can then add or update the matching subscriber in Mailchimp or another email tool automatically.
This means your mailing list stays current in the background. You always send to the right contacts, with the latest details, without re-exporting or re-importing anything.
