Resources can be anything or anyone that is required to render a service. It could refer to a person (team member), a venue (place) or equipment (thing).
Note:
A service can't exist without a resource to render the service
For example, an sports massage needs a resource(s) to render the service. Eg. A massage therapist (team member), room (place) and a massage table (thing)
A resource can exist and be booked independently
For example, a mobile massage table that your team members need when they do a home visit can be booked when necessary
Typically, resources are associated with a service. In this example, a sports massage needs two resources: Massage Table and Paizlee Perfect.
Resources must be associated with a services to allow bookings to be made.
Here's how:
Go to Settings > Resources
Scroll to Services > +Associate with service
Select the relevant services from the list
Toggle Can be booked to on
Your public booking page will only show available slots where all resources are available for a service. Available slots are determined by the availability of the resources for services.
Groups are useful for large teams. Just click 'Resources' from your calendar to view the drop-down and select the required group. In the example below, there are two groups: Biokineticists and Physiotherapists.
