Why are we not getting notifications when a team member makes a booking?

If your team gets alerts when a client books online, but not when a team member manually adds a booking, you might need to change your booking notification settings.

You'll need to change the following:

by following these steps:

1. Go to Settings - Team Members. select the team member's name and Notifications

2. Change Booking notifications for booking changes from "by client" to "by anyone"

That's it. Your team members will now be notified when any changes are made to bookings by anyone.
