How do I offer clients the next available time slot for our team when they book online?

By default, when clients book online, they can choose a preferred team member or 'no preference', viewing the next available slot for either.

Using group services, which assign multiple team members to a service, streamline booking by skipping the team member selection and directing clients straight to the team member calendar with the next availability.

Create a group service

Follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings > Team Members > Groups

2. Create a group and assign all team members that render that service

3. Now, go to Settings > Services to edit your service to be 'serviced by' the Group

You can bypass client selection, override default settings to send clients directly to the next available team member's calendar.

Follow these steps:

1. Go to Team Members > Groups

2. Click on the resource group and ensure that all appropriate team members have been added to the group

Note: Make sure that this resource group has been allocated to services, rather than individual team members.

3. Toggle on 'Don't show the dropdown for this group to clients'

4. That's it! Remember to click save.
