Bookem allows you and your clients to cancel bookings. This article shows you how to cancel bookings and how to disable clients from cancelling bookings.
Follow these steps
1. First, ensure your automated messages contain the booking link in Settings > Automated messages
2. Once a booking is confirmed, automated messages sent to your client, via SMS and/or email, should contain a booking link which allows them cancel their booking
3. Clients can click on the booking link and follow the prompts to cancel their booking
Follow these steps
1. Go to your Calendar
2. Navigate to the booking you'd like to cancel
3. Open the booking and click on the top right drop-down to edit the booking
4. Select ‘Cancel’
5. When cancelling a booking, you can untick the send notifications button
1. Go to Settings > General Preferences
2. Toggle on 'Disable client booking cancellations'
3. Click 'Save'
4. Now, only team members can cancel bookings on Bookem
