How to add ICD-10 codes to a patient's profile

Bookem automatically links specific ICD-10 codes from patient profiles, ensuring the correct code is used for invoices.

Here's how

  • First, you'll need to add the ICD-10 code field, if it doesn't already exit

  • Go to Clients > Profile Fields

  • Click the 'Add field' button at the bottom of the page or the '+' buttons between existing fields

  • Choose the field type called Tags

  • Rename the label to 'ICD-10 code'

  • Select the list source as 'Data list', and select the 'ICD-10 Code Data List' from the drop-down menu

  • The ICD-10 code(s) linked to the patient will auto-populate on the invoice.
