Adding a signature field to Document Forms

Bookem allows you to add a signature field to your document forms so that the person making notes can sign off on it. Note that using the saved signature option in document templates, that is associated with the logged in team member, is faster as you do not need to sign each time, simply click on the signature block in the document.

Here's how to add a signature field to

Follow these steps:

1. Go Documents > Forms to edit a form or create a new one

2. Once the document form is open, click '+ Add' at the bottom or the '+' between fields to add new ones

3. Select the input field called 'Signature'

4. To force users to sign before they can submit, toggle the 'Required' option to ON

5. Click "Add item" and remember to Save
