Bookem lets you view an age analysis for your business. An age analysis is essentially a record of people who owe money to you. It also breaks down how old the debts are.
Follow these steps:
1. Go to Accounts > Invoices
2. In the top right corner, select Age Analysis.
3. Clicking on an outstanding amount will open the client's account information in their Client profile, where you can view their outstanding invoices.
4. Now, you can click 'Download' the age analysis to analyse the data further.
Note: An age analysis will only show unpaid invoices, and not voided invoices.
