We all need lunch breaks and other recurring time off, and these need to be blocked in your calendar to avoid anyone booking an appointment during these times.
To do this, go to the Availability tab and select "+time off" from the top of the screen.
For example, if you take a lunch break every day from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, you set the time and repeat the break every day of the week as seen below.
If this time off is applicable to all team members, select "any resource", alternatively you can set time of for each individual according to their schedule. To do this, you will need to repeat the process for each team member.
