How to set up and show pricing online in Bookem

Bookem allows you to set up various pricing for your business, including services, stock and consumables.

Here's how

Step 1: Set up line items

  • First, check and edit your line items by going to Settings > Payments and Invoicing > Line items

  • Click 'Add line item' if you need to add any new ones

  • Enter the appropriate code, description, type and price (you can exclude codes, if not applicable)

  • Click 'Save'

Step 2: Create a service, or open and edit an existing service

  • Once your service is set up, click 'Save'

Step 3: Link line items to services - this allows auto populating of invoices

  • Go to Settings > Services and open the service you want to link

  • Scroll down to 'Pricing and duration'

  • To pull pre-saved line items, select 'itemised price'

  • Click 'Save'

How to show service pricing online

By default, Bookem hides service pricing for online bookings, but you can easily change this.

Follow these steps:

  • Go to Settings > Services and open the service you want to link

  • Scroll down to the 'Online bookings'

  • Use the toggle to show pricing online

  • Click 'Save'
