Adding pricing to a service

You can add pricing to a service in Bookem when creating or editing the service. You can either set a fixed price directly on the service, or link a line item if you use itemised pricing.

Where to add pricing to a service

1. Go to Settings > Services
2. Click '+ New service', or open an existing service
3. Scroll to the Pricing and duration section

Choose how to price the service

Bookem allows two pricing options.

• Fixed price
  Enter the price directly into the service; this amount will always be used for booking and invoicing. Billing codes and must be added manually to the invoice, as only the price is automatically allocated.
  
• Itemised price
  Select a line item from your saved line item list; its price will be used automatically. Itemised pricing is helpful if you use the same fees across multiple services or invoices. It will also add billing codes and descriptions from your line items.
