Yes. You can create a custom report to see exactly which funds were received during a specific period, like this month, last quarter, or a custom date range.

Here's how

Follow these steps:

  1. Go to Reports from the main menu
  2. Click the Payments tab
  3. Open an existing report or click '+ Create blank report'
  4. Under Date, select the Payment date tab
  5. Now, choose your date range
    • Today
    • This month
    • This quarter
    • Year to date
    • Last month
    • Last quarter
    • Custom
  6. Under 'Filter' select the relevant Location
  7. Lastly, set the invoice status under 'Filter
    The report will update to show payments received within the selected time period
  8. Click 'Save report' to save to your records
  9. Click the download icon in the top right corner to export the report
