How to add a new payment method in Bookem

Bookem allows you to take payments in a way that suits your business. Various payment methods are supported.

How to add a new payment method

Follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings > Payments & Invoicing > Payment methods

2. Click '+ New payment method' at the top right

3. Select the payment method you'd like to set up.

4. If you have multiple locations, select which location/s this payment method is applicable to.

5. Click 'Create' and you're done

  • Bank transfer/ EFT

  • Card payments

  • Cash payments

  • Online payments (Credit card or Payfast, Paypal and Snapscan)

  • Other payments, e.g. Medical aid payments
