How do I record a payment manually in Bookem?

When a client has made a payment via card, bank transfer (EFT) or cash, payment must be manually allocated to accounts.

Here's how

1. Go to Accounts > Payments and click on '+New payment'

2. Specify the client, location, payment date, payment method, and the amount received

If you haven't created the client yet, go to Clients, and click '+ new client' to add them before following this step

3. Remember to click 'Save'

4. The amount will now be saved to the clients profile. You can later associate it to an invoice after a service has been rendered.
