How to set up complex availability for multiple team members and locations

This article explains how Bookem helps you manage bookings across:

• Multiple locations

• Multiple team members

• Shared resources like chairs, rooms, and mats

Bookem simplifies complex bookings by allowing you to schedule services for different team members, with various resources, at different locations. This ensures no double bookings!

Here's how

1. Under Settings > Team members / Resources, make sure the 'Associated locations' are correct for each team member

2. Now, go to Settings > Services, and ensure each service is associated with the correct location and team member

3. If any other resource, like a room or a chair, is required for the service, ensure this is also added to the service

4. Lastly, under Availability, each team member must set up their availability for services for each location. Just toggle between locations on the calendar in while setting up your availability to do this for all locations.
