Bookem allows you to upload files directly to a client’s profile, even if you prefer not to attach them to documents. They are safely stored under the 'Files' tab.
Follow these steps:
1. Open the client profile from the booking or go to Clients in the main menu
2. In the client profile, navigate to the ‘Files’ tab
3. Drag files into the box or click to upload a file from your device and click ‘Open’
4. Your file is now uploaded to the client's profile
Click the vertical ellipses to rename, download or remove the file.
