If your Yoco POS device (Neo or Khumo Print) disconnects from Bookem, you can reconnect it before accepting payments—it's quick and easy.
Follow the steps below:
1. If your device is disconnected, Bookem will show a banner when you try to take a payment:
2. 'Please reconnect your Yoco Web POS'
3. Simply click on the link in the banner to start the reconnection process
4. You’ll then be guided through the steps to sign into your Yoco account and select your device to reconnect
1. If you already know your Yoco device is disconnected, you can reconnect manually from your settings:
2. Go to Settings > Payments & invoicing > Payment methods
3. Click on the Yoco card machine payment method that needs to be reconnected
4. Click the button 'Click here to connect Yoco Web POS with Bookem'
5. You’ll be redirected to the Yoco login page – have your login details ready
6. Sign into your Yoco account
You’ll see a list of your Yoco devices: Match the number on your Yoco device screen to the corresponding list item
7. Select the correct device to reconnect or click 'Choose another card machine'
8. Complete the connection on the Yoco website
9. Your Yoco Neo or Yoco Khumo Print device is now reconnected and ready to use again
