How to download or print a blank sendable form

Bookem lets you generate a blank, printable version of any sendable form directly from your Forms list.

Sometimes you need a blank copy of a form to hand to a walk-in client or attach to an email as a PDF.

Here's how

Find the form

1. In the main menu, go to Forms
2. Locate the form you want to print or download
3. Click the three dots to the right

Print a blank form

1. From the menu, select 'Print blank form'
2. Choose your printer and confirm to print

Download a blank form as a PDF

1. From the menu, select 'Open blank PDF'
2. The blank form opens as a PDF in a new tab
3. Save or download it from there

Note: Use Open blank PDF if you want to email the form, save it to a client's file, or print it later.

💡 Pro-Tip:

The same three-dot menu also lets you send the form to a client, fill it in yourself, or make a copy to edit, so it's worth checking there first whenever you need to do anything with a form.
